Muses.

We all need a muse in our lives, in our hearts, in our very souls. A muse is your inspiration, not just for writing, but for life… some people can be their own muses, but I seek that from outside of myself.

For me, only my muse can reach deep inside of me and pull out those things I keep hidden from everyone else, and

make me feel safe in letting it all out. A muse, a true one, is my inspiration for writing, one who can pull those emotions out from the crevices where they reside, and let me put them on paper in a way that others can understand them.

A muse is one who says, “You know you can always tell me anything, and I will love you… not in spite of it, but because of it!”

My muse has never failed me in that, at least and is still loving me, probably more than I do myself. I see it in my muse’s eyes and feel it in my muse’s emotions, and hear it in my muse’s words. The connection, so very real, after everything that has happened, still so very real, and that shows me the feelings that are there, stronger than I ever thought I deserved.

My muse would be unafraid to see me. I mean, the real me.

The me I don’t show to anyone else. The problem is, I have I have held myself back too much, and my muse deserves

much more—much better than what I’ve given.

Find your muse, that something that drives your soul, makes you who you are, inspires you to be more. Live your purpose. Fulfill your destiny.

That’s what my muse does for me.
